FAQ
ROI questions
How do I calculate the ROI of a loan officer website?
Compare the yearly cost of the site (plan, setup and add-ons) with what one closed loan pays you. Divide the yearly cost by your compensation per loan: that's how many loans the site must help close each year to pay for itself.
What number should I use for compensation per loan?
Your own: the commission or compensation you typically earn on one closed loan, after any splits. We don't assume a number — it varies widely by company, loan size and comp plan.
Does this calculator predict how many leads I'll get?
No. Lead volume depends on your market, referrals, content, ads and follow-up. This calculator only shows your break-even point.
Why does annual billing change the result?
Annual billing is 15% off the monthly price and waives the setup fee, which lowers the first-year cost.
Should I include the AI receptionist?
If missed calls cost you deals, yes — include it and see whether one extra closing a year covers it. Our bundles show combined prices.
Are these prices current?
They read from our pricing data, last updated 2026-10-19. The pricing page is always the source.
Does the calculator include sales tax?
No. Prices exclude any state sales tax that may apply to your invoice.
Is my data saved?
No. The calculation runs in your browser and nothing is sent.
