What is generative engine optimization (GEO)?
GEO is making your website easy for AI assistants and AI search features to understand, trust and cite — so when someone asks an assistant about loan officers or mortgage questions in your area, your pages are a usable source.
Can I make ChatGPT or other AI assistants recommend me?
Nobody can guarantee what an AI assistant says. You can make your information crawlable, consistent and clearly sourced, which makes it easier for AI systems to find and cite. We do those things; we don't promise outcomes.
What is llms.txt?
A proposed convention: a plain-text file at /llms.txt that summarizes a site and links its most important pages, written for language-model tools. It's simple to provide and doesn't replace normal SEO. Ours is live — see the excerpt on this page.
Should I block AI crawlers?
If you want to be cited in AI answers, generally no. Our sites allow the main AI crawlers by default and tell you exactly which ones; you can choose to block any.
Why does entity consistency matter for loan officers?
AI systems combine information from many sources. If your name, company and NMLS ID appear the same way everywhere, it's easier for them to connect the facts to you — and harder to confuse you with someone else.
Will AI assistants quote my rates?
We don't publish rates, so there is nothing stale for an assistant to repeat. Your pages describe programs and process, with sources.
How do I see if AI tools mention me?
