AI Engine
AI for loan officers: never miss a call from day one.
A done-for-you AI receptionist and chat assistant, trained on your information, answering calls, website chat, social DMs and texts — then booking time with you. It answers general questions; it never quotes rates or approves anyone.

One brain, every channel
Which channels can the AI Engine answer?
Five channels share one set of approved answers and one inbox, so a borrower gets the same information whether they call, chat, DM or text.
Boundaries
What can the AI assistant do — and what will it never do?
It can
- Answer 24/7, in a consistent, friendly voice
- Answer general questions using your approved FAQ (programs you offer, documents, process, hours)
- Collect name, contact details, goal, timeline and state
- Book time on your calendar and send confirmations
- Hand off to you instantly on request or when a question needs a licensed LO
- Send a summary and transcript to the CRM included with your plan
It never
- Quote rates, APRs, fees or payments
- Say anyone is approved, pre-approved or qualified
- Give individual financial, tax or legal advice
- Take Social Security numbers or account numbers
- Treat callers differently based on any protected characteristic
- Keep going after someone asks for a human or says STOP
See it
What does a call sound like?
Short, polite, honest about being an AI, and focused on getting the borrower to the right next step — usually a call with you.

- Assistant:Thanks for calling Jordan Example's office — this is Jordan's AI assistant, and this call may be recorded. How can I help?
- Visitor:Hi, I'm buying my first house and I'm not sure if I need 20% down.
- Assistant:Good question — many loan programs allow less than 20% down, and Jordan can explain which ones fit you. I can't quote rates or amounts, but I can book you a call. Are you looking in Texas?
- Visitor:Yes, Austin. Tomorrow after 5 would be great.
- Assistant:I have 5:30 tomorrow. Can I text the confirmation to the number you're calling from?
- Booked 5:30 pm · summary sent to CRM · Jordan notified
How we build it
How is your AI Engine trained and launched?
From your information, with your guardrails, tested with you before it answers a real borrower.
- TCPA consent for automated texts and calls — FCC
- A2P 10DLC registration for business texting — CTIA principles
- Recording notice on every call
- Platform messaging rules (Meta, TikTok)
- Fair-lending consistency: same answers for everyone

FAQ
AI Engine questions
What is an AI receptionist for loan officers?
A voice assistant that answers your business line when you can't: it greets callers, answers general questions from your approved FAQ, collects details, books time on your calendar and hands off to you — and sends you a summary. It never quotes rates or approves anyone.
Which channels does the AI Engine cover?
Phone calls, your website chat widget, Facebook Messenger, Instagram DMs, TikTok messages (where the account's messaging access allows) and SMS — one shared brain, one inbox in the CRM included with your plan.
Is it trained on my information?
Yes. We build it from your programs, states, hours, calendar, FAQs and approved disclosures, and you review it before launch. It doesn't learn from other clients' data.
Will callers know it's an AI?
Yes. It introduces itself as an AI assistant, and on calls it gives the recording notice your states require. Honesty here is both a legal and a trust issue.
Is an AI receptionist compliant for a mortgage business?
It can be when it's designed carefully: it gives no rate quotes, approvals or individual advice; it treats every caller the same way; it discloses that it's an AI and that calls may be recorded; and texts follow TCPA consent and A2P 10DLC registration. Your compliance team reviews the script. This isn't legal advice.
What about call recording consent?
Some states require all parties to consent to recording. The assistant gives a recording notice at the start of every call, and you can choose not to record.
What happens if someone asks for a human?
It hands off immediately: transferring the call to you if you're available, or booking a callback and alerting you.
Does it follow Meta and TikTok messaging rules?
It works inside each platform's messaging rules and windows, only where your account has messaging access, and stops when people opt out.
How much does the AI Engine cost?
AI Receptionist $149/mo (300 minutes, then $0.19/min); website chat + SMS $89/mo; social DMs $109/mo; all channels $279/mo. Setup and training $249 one-time.
Is there a bundle with a website?
Yes: Day-One Desk (First Desk + AI Receptionist) $199/mo; Full Launch (Moving Day + all channels) $359/mo.
