What you can ask for
- Know and access the personal information we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate information
- Delete your information (subject to legal exceptions)
- Receive a copy in a portable format
- Opt out of sale, sharing or targeted advertising (we do none of these, but you may still record your choice)
- Limit use of sensitive information (we do not use it beyond what is needed)
How to make a request
Use the contact form and choose "Something else", or email support using the "Show email" button on the contact page. Tell us the request type and the email or phone you used with us. We verify requests by confirming control of that email or phone, respond within 45 days (extendable once as allowed by law), and do not charge for reasonable requests. An authorized agent may submit on your behalf with written permission.
Global Privacy Control
We treat a browser Global Privacy Control signal as a request to opt out of analytics and any future sale or sharing for that browser.
Borrowers using a client site
If you used a loan officer's website that we host, please contact that loan officer or company first; they control your information and we will help them respond.
