Opening your own shop
A mortgage brokerage website ready for opening day.
A new brokerage needs a company site with its own NMLS ID and licenses, a profile page for every loan officer, lead routing and one shared CRM. We build all of it in 5 business days, while you deal with the hundred other opening tasks.
- Company + LO NMLS lines
- 5 LO profiles
- Lead routing
- Google Business Profile

How it fits together
One company site, a page for every loan officer
The company site carries the brokerage's identity and licenses; each LO profile carries that person's NMLS ID, states and reviews. Everything feeds one CRM, so the owner sees every lead.
- Company NMLS ID and state license list on every page
- Individual NMLS ID on each LO profile and in that LO's footer block
- Each LO gets a shareable link that routes leads to them

Lead routing
Who gets the lead?
You decide with simple rules. The CRM included with your plan applies them to every form, application, call booking and chat.
Round-robin
New leads rotate evenly between available LOs.
By state license
A lead in a state only goes to LOs licensed there.
By language
Spanish-speaking leads reach your Spanish-speaking LO.
By source
A partner's referral link always goes to that partner's LO.
License to launch
What order do you set up a new brokerage's website in?
You handle licensing; we handle the site the moment there's something real to put on it.
Step 1 · you
Company formed and company NMLS record
Your entity exists and the company record is in NMLS. We can start drafting now, privately.
Step 2 · you
State company licenses
Each state approves on its own clock. Your site lists only states that are approved — we add states as they come through.
Step 3 · us
Company site + LO profiles built
Company pages, an "our loan officers" page and one profile per LO (5 included), each with its own NMLS ID and license lines.
Step 4 · both
Lead routing decided
Round-robin, by state license, by language or by referral source — every form and application reaches the right LO and the shared CRM.
Step 5 · us
Google Business Profile
Set up for the company (included in Own Shop) so local searches find the brokerage, with each LO linked from the site.
Step 6 · both
Launch and announce
Domain live, partners told, review requests switched on for every LO.
Price
Own Shop: $229/mo
Setup $649, waived on annual billing. 5 LO profiles included; extra LOs $19/mo each.

FAQ
Opening a brokerage: questions
What does a new mortgage brokerage website need?
A company home page that explains what a broker does, the company NMLS ID and state licenses, an "our loan officers" page with one profile per LO (each with their own NMLS ID), loan-program pages, calculators, an application, privacy and disclosure pages, and lead routing behind the forms.
Should each loan officer have their own website?
A profile page on the company site is usually better at the start: one domain to build authority, one compliance review, one CRM. Own Shop includes 5 profiles; extra LOs are $19/mo each. LOs who want a full personal site can add one later.
Can we launch before every state license is approved?
Yes, as long as the site only claims the states that are approved. We add a state the day its license shows as approved.
How do we explain "broker" vs "lender" to borrowers?
We write a plain-language page on how a broker shops wholesale options for the borrower — without naming lenders you aren't approved with or promising outcomes.
How does lead routing work?
Every form and application goes into the shared CRM included with your plan. Rules decide the owner: round-robin, by state license, by language or by referral source. The owner gets an instant alert; the broker-owner sees everything.
What happens when a loan officer leaves?
Their profile comes down, their URL redirects to the team page, and their open leads reassign in the CRM. Reviews collected on the company profile stay with the company.
Can each LO collect their own reviews?
Yes. The reviews engine sends each LO's closed borrowers a request that points to the profile you choose, and shows reviews with the LO's name.
How much does a brokerage website cost?
Own Shop is $229/mo with a $649 setup fee (waived on annual billing). It includes the company site, 5 LO profiles, CRM with routing, all loan-program funnels, the reviews engine and Google Business Profile setup.
How long does it take?
The build follows our 5-business-day timeline once the company NMLS record and at least one state license are in place. Larger teams may take a little longer to collect every LO's details.
Can we add the AI receptionist for the whole office?
Yes. One AI Engine can answer the company line, the website chat and social messages, and route bookings to the right LO's calendar. See the AI Engine.
