How long does launch take?
5 business days after your kickoff details arrive. See the launch timeline.
What do you need from me?
NMLS ID, company name and NMLS ID, licensed states, a headshot, a short bio and domain access.
Can I launch before my start date?
We build privately and launch the morning your sponsorship is active.
Do I need my own domain?
Recommended, registered in your name so it moves with you. We help you choose and connect it.
Do you provide email addresses?
We don't host mailboxes. Use your company email or a mail provider you choose; we connect your site's forms to it.
How do I connect my domain?
We send exact DNS records or connect it with you on a short call. SSL switches on automatically.
How do I change something on my site?
Send a message to support with the page and the change. Most edits are done within a business day.
Can I edit the site myself?
Not directly — that keeps compliance wording safe. Content add-ons and quick edits are part of the service.
How many changes are included?
Two revision rounds before launch, a 30-day tweak window after, then reasonable ongoing edits on every plan.
Where do my leads go?
Into the CRM included with your plan, with an instant alert by email or text.
How do I log in?
Use the client login link in the footer; your invite arrives on launch day.
Can I pause the AI receptionist?
Yes, any time — calls go back to your normal voicemail.
How do I cancel?
Monthly plans: 30 days' notice by email. See the refund policy.
What does annual billing save?
15% off the monthly price, with the setup fee waived.
Can I change plans?
Yes; changes apply from your next billing period.
Is my site compliant?
We build to our checklist and your company's requirements; your compliance team gives final approval. We don't give legal advice.
My licenses changed. What now?
Tell support; we update the compliance block the same business day.
Do you show rates?
Not by default — rates trigger disclosure rules and go stale quickly.
